Who We’re Looking For

You’re curious, creative, and passionate about storytelling, social impact, and representation. You want to explore the NGO world and get hands-on experience working in a purpose-driven, collaborative team. You’re ready to learn, contribute, and grow—with support from a team that sees you, backs you, and wants you to thrive.

Your Role: What You’ll Do

Content & Social Media

  • Support content creation across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, website).

  • Assist in designing fact sheets, graphics, and posts using Canva/InDesign.

  • Monitor engagement and help us grow our audience through inspiring, soulful content.

Storytelling & Communication

  • Research and draft stories for our channels, from mentor spotlights to impact reports.

  • Interview mentees, mentors, and partners to document the journey of The Soulfuls’ network.

  • Assist in preparing interview guides and formats for podcasts, panels, and live talks.

  • Bonus: If you have photo, video, or podcast production skills — let us know in your application!

You Bring

  • Strong writing and visual storytelling instincts (Danish + English is a big plus).

  • Curiosity about representation, branding, and DEI-focused communication.

  • A proactive, self-led mindset with attention to tone, detail, and purpose.
