    For longer program you give 4 hours mentoring over 6 months and for shorter ones, 2 hours in one day.

Who it’s for?

Only our Dreamers & Doers Program is designed for Women of Color aged 18–30 in Denmark who want to grow skills, confidence, and networks. Whether you’re a student, recent graduate, junior professional, freelancer, founder, or pivoting into a new path — in fashion, media, design, music, film, architecture, or adjacent fields like tech, business, and social impact — you belong here.

Dreamers & Doers is The Soulfuls’ mentorship and leadership program for women of colour aged 18–30 across creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

In 2026 we run two cohorts (Spring & Autumn). Expect hands-on mentoring circles, expert masterclasses and a supportive community that grows your confidence and network.
