Audrey Baba is a sustainability and tech entrepreneur based in Sweden, working at the intersection of circularity, innovation, and creative industries. With a background spanning luxury fashion, entrepreneurship, and technology, she’s passionate about supporting women navigate bold career pivots and build businesses in alignment with their values.

MULTIDISCIPLINARY ARTIST

Lina Hashim is a multidisciplinary artist working across performance, installation, photography, and spatial practice. Her work explores the body as a site where visibility, control, desire, and representation intersect. Through ornament, architecture, and embodied gestures, she interrogates the constructed gaze and the politics of looking.

She has exhibited internationally at The Norton art museum, Preus museum, linkøping kunsthal og nationalt i Nikolaj Kunsthal, Kunsthal Aarhus, Toester, and Copenhagen contemporary. Her public sculptural works have been presented in Copenhagen, including at Rådhuspladsen and Borups Plads. Her works are held in collections including Ny Carlsbergfondet, Vejle kunstmuseum, the Norton museum of art and Danmarks Fotomuseum.

PRODUCER, CURATOR, VISUAL ARTIST, AND FASHION CONSULTANT

Zeda the Architect aka Oyindamola Animashaun is a Irish-Nigerian London-based producer, curator, visual artist, and fashion consultant working at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and culture who has developed a multidisciplinary practice that bridges creativity, community, and sustainability.

Zeda is the founder of platforms such as THE ART OF STYLING and ZEDA AND FRIENDS, both dedicated to celebrating Irishness, design, and collective experiences through fashion, storytelling, and new ways of gathering. Her work champions sustainable approaches to fashion and creativity, aligning with a broader commitment to reimagining how we engage with materials, culture, and each other.

PROFESSOR IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, REYKJAVIK UNIVERSITY

Dr. Anna Sigríður Islind is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science at Reykjavik University in Iceland. She is an expert in digital health and is the program manager for the M.Sc. in Digital Health at Reykjavík University, which is the first multi-disciplinary study line at Reykjavik University, catering to students with an interest in the cross-section between medicine and informatics. She is also the director of the Center for Information Systems and Data Science Research at Reykjavík University and has experience from the tech industry dating back to 2004. She was awarded the Liva Echwald Award by Women in Tech in 2025, an award to honor and keep alive the legacy of our beloved Liva Echwald, who left us too early.

FASHION STYLIST AND EDITORIAL CREATIVE

Nina Exposito Holmen is a Norway-based fashion stylist and editorial creative with a passion for visual storytelling and contemporary fashion. She has worked across editorial styling, fashion campaigns, and creative productions connected to Vogue, ELLE, Dazed, and L’Officiel Magazine.

Known for her modern aesthetic and strong eye for detail, Nina creates elevated, fashion-forward visuals that blend Scandinavian minimalism with bold editorial expression. Her work focuses on styling as a form of storytelling, creating impactful and visually refined narratives.

CO-FOUNDER, REDLOCKER

Clara Lidman is co-founder of RedLocker and Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree.

Since co-founding RedLocker at the age of 18 in 2018, Clara has build one of Europe’s fastest growing companies within workplace wellbeing and menstrual health infrastructure. Today, RedLocker is used across workplaces, schools and public environments in more than 16 European markets.

As one of the Nordics’ emerging voices within inclusion, women’s health and the future workplace, Clara works closely with leading organisations across Europe to help turn equality ambitions into concrete, visible action.

,Degmo Daar works at the intersection of design, ethics, and social impact, with a focus on access, inclusion, and how systems shape opportunity. She consult with organisations, teach at universities and higher vocational schools, and started her own consultancy after seeing how often DEI work stays surface-level instead of addressing actual structure.

Beyond client work, Degmo involves in initiatives expanding access for women of colour in tech in Sweden, and co-founded an environmentally focused venue in the Horn of Africa. The common thread is understanding how systems are built, who they serve, and how to shift them toward fairer outcomes.

CLOSING DESIGNER AND VISUAL ARTIST

As an Oslo-based Margaret Abeshu Leversby (NO/ET, b. 1990) is working as clothing designer and visual artist working across installation, sculpture, and video. Through a materially grounded and theory-informed practice, she examines how dominant ideologies, shaped through aesthetic traditions, systems of knowledge, and cultural production, influence our relationship to material reality, and how these structures are sustained through repetition, promises, and symbolic repair.

She holds an MA in Design, specializing in Fashion Design and Costume Design, from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO). Her work has been presented at, among other venues, Kunsthall Oslo, the Norwegian Sculptors Society, EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art (Finland), Østlandsutstillingen, Fotogalleriet, Kunstnernes Hus, the National Museum, MUNCH, Kiosken Studio, and Oslo Runway.

Before founding all.u.me, Dorte was Head of Products at Agillic for 14 years. When starting all.u.me in 2021, the goal was to create a society where everyone can be who they are - free from harassment. However, to make it easy she developed the all.u.me technologies - to educate and empower everyone to turn good intentions to impactful actions.

With an educational background from CBS and ITU, she thrives in the intersection of commerciality and technology - and finds great purpose in combining this with social impact.

Fiammetta Gindro, 28 years old , Italian by origin, and love balancing ambition with a full life outside of work. Fiammetta is a judo black belt and a competitive skier, and she also enjoys photography and travelling. Fiammetta lived in Detroit, Lisbon, Barcelona, Stockholm, and Amsterdam, and she now calls Copenhagen home – enjoying its pace of life while staying driven.

Fiammetta studied International Business Management and previously worked in e-commerce and logistics before joining Novo Nordisk three years ago. Today, she’s working on future health models, and I’m especially interested in how discipline, curiosity, and creativity can shape a meaningful career.

Sveta Morris was born and raised in Ukraine, her ever-present source of inspiration and strength. After graduating from university, she moved to the US, where she worked on sustainability across sectors: non-profits, World Bank and UN, and California legends like Apple and Levi’s. In 2025 she brought her family back to Europe to become students of a more inclusive version of capitalism. She has a 10yo daughter and 6yo son, both of whom are budding feminists. She loves surrounding herself with passionate, thoughtful people, who don’t take themselves too seriously.

Sveta is currently Chief Sustainability Officer at L’Oreal Nordic, leading initiatives to support local communities through philanthropy and reduce L’Oreal’s environmental impact through product and supply chain innovation, no waste initiatives, and shifting consumer habits towards product refills. Prior to this, Sveta was Global VP of Sustainability with L’Oreal in New York City.

Therese Pettersson IS a positive, people-oriented mentor driven by a growth mindset and a passion for female empowerment and confidence-building. Lucy Mehrtens is a New Zealander that made Copenhagen her home 9+ years ago, contributing to the fast growth and scaling of a Danish Enterprise SaaS startup.

Part of both the Tech and HR leadership teams, Lucy is responsible for the Digital Employee Journey department in Ramboll, leading skilled change & digital adoption, digital workplace, and digital employee support teams.

Marilou Dadat’s work is rooted in materials and colour narratives, shaped by hands-on experience across couture, ready-to-wear, and accessories.

After relocating to New Zealand, she joined Kowtow as Head Designer in 2018, where she expanded the brand’s Fairtrade Organic Cotton offering and led the development of all fabrics in-house. Appointed Creative Director in 2022, she guided the brand toward a 100 % plastic-free model, deepening its commitment to circular design.

Now based in Copenhagen, she focuses on personal projects and collaborations across craft, colour, and design, seeking new ways to contribute to responsible and forward-thinking creative practices.
