The Soulfuls is the go-to platform for ambitious women to move from dream to direction — through mentorship, networks, and real pathways into opportunity, with a focus on women of colour and women from underrepresented backgrounds.

Why is The Soulfuls important and should exist?

We need a space as society and an democracy to nurture younger women from different backgrounds, to provide them with knowledge and community. Connect different generations. Practice equity. 

Who is The Soulfuls for?

The Soulfuls is for women at different stages of their professional journey, from students and early-career professionals to founders, leaders, and creatives, who are curious, ambitious, and eager to grow while staying connected to their values.

Is the Soulfuls only for women?

The Soulfuls is a women-centred community. Some events, partnerships, or initiatives may be open to allies, but our primary focus is creating safe and empowering spaces for women.

How do you define ‘woman’?

We welcome people who identify as women or non-binary.
Our role models are female, their voices are key to bring change in their industries and to empower young girls to think bigger and aim higher.

Where is The Soulfuls based? 

The Soulfuls is based in Denmark, with a strong presence in Copenhagen, but our community and events are increasingly international and accessible online.

How are The Soulfuls funded?

We are funded by Tuborgfondet, Copenhagen Fashion Week, Corporate Partnerships & Sponsors and Donations. 

Does The Soulfuls collaborate with companies or organisations?

Yes. We collaborate with companies, institutions, and partners who share our commitment to inclusion, learning, and community-driven impact.
