Our Story & Team

The Soulfuls started in 20218 and was built from the belief that talent should not be held back by background, gender, name, or network. Our work exists to connect women to the support, visibility, and opportunities they need to grow, thrive, and lead.

Awards & Recognition: The Soulfuls has been recognised for its work in expanding access, strengthening representation, and creating new pathways for women.

Both The Soulfuls and Aram Ostadian-Binai were named Voice of the Year in 2022, and in 2024, honoured with Voices for Change at The Blaze Inclusion Awards by Diversify in the Nordics. In 2025, The Soulfuls was nominated for Diversitetsprisen at the Ekko Shortlist Awards, and in 2026 the organisation was won Goodtalks Specialpris at the Danish Diversity Awards.

Together, these recognitions reflect the growing cultural and societal relevance of The Soulfuls and the work it continues to lead.
