BELONGING LAB
The Belonging Lab is an intimate roundtable experience within this year’s Soulfuls Summit on Nov 14 : a space to pause, connect, and explore what belonging truly means in leadership, creativity, and community.
Led by Chisom Udeze (Founder & CEO, Diversify) and Dr. Kathryn Nwajiaku-Dahou (Director, Politics & Governance Programme, ODI Global), together with the powerful young voices of The Soulfuls mentees, this session invites summit attendees to take a seat at the table and join an open, soulful conversation.
Through shared stories, dialogue, and creative reflection, we’ll explore how to:
Transform experiences of othering into resilience and collective strength.
Reimagine leadership that makes space, not takes space.
Shape the cultures and connections we want to see in the future.
Come ready to listen, speak, and co-create new ways of belonging.
*Open exclusively to ticket holders of The Soulfuls Summit 2025.

Together, these showcases form a living gallery of women
in creation — each piece a window into becoming.
