Mentoring Day is The Soulfuls’ cross-industry mentoring experience for young women ready to take their next step.
For one day, we bring together women at different stages of their careers and create the conditions for conversations that might otherwise be difficult to have. Not a networking event where you have to work the room. Not a panel where you only get to listen from the audience. You’ll have the opportunity to sit across from someone, ask your questions and have a real conversation.
Our mentors come from different industries, roles and career paths, giving you access to perspectives beyond your immediate network.
Because sometimes you don’t need another Google search.
You need to talk to someone who has been there.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Mentoring Day is for young women aged 18–30 who are curious about what comes next.
You might be:
— studying and wondering where your degree could take you
— trying to get your first foot into an industry
— early in your career and ready for a change
— building a project, idea or business of your own
— looking for perspective on a decision
— searching for people who understand where you want to go
— or still figuring out what that might be
You don’t need an impressive CV.
