The Belonging Lab at The Soulfuls Summit 2025 was a space to pause, connect, and share lived experiences. Together with Chisom Udeze and voices from The Soulfuls community, the conversation explored what it means to feel included and what happens when we don’t. Through dialogue and shared reflection, The Belonging Lab explored how to:
Turn experiences of othering into connection and care
Create spaces where more people feel seen and heard
Strengthen community through trust, openness, and shared responsibility
Chisom will, in this lunch talk, guide us through a condensed version of the Belonging Lab and share the insights and reflections that emerged during The Soulfuls Summit 2025 Belonging Lab.
About the speaker
Chisom Udeze works with belonging, inclusion, and social impact across communities, organisations, and institutions. With experience spanning NGOs, public bodies, and international organisations, she creates spaces for honest dialogue and collective learning. As founder of Diversify and HerSpace, Chisom focuses on building inclusive communities rooted in care, justice, and shared understanding. Her work brings people together across differences, encouraging reflection, connection, and long-term change. Having lived and worked across seven countries and three continents, Chisom brings a global perspective to her work while remaining grounded in lived experience and community-based insight. Her clients and collaborators include the European Commission, the United Nations, The Economist Group, and other international organisations.Date: February 11th, 2026
