Welcome to the Kérastase Power Talks x The Soulfuls Mentoring Program 2025 — a space designed to grow confidence, open doors, and break down the barriers many young women face at the start of their careers.

Now in its third year, this powerful partnership is more than a program — it’s a reflection of our shared commitment to a future where every woman’s voice is heard, valued, and included, regardless of background, race, ethnicity, or lived experience.

Because confidence grows in the community.
And change happens when we lift as we rise.

To ensure real access and representation, at least 40% of mentee spots are reserved for women of colour and those from underrepresented groups.

Program Overview

In 2025, we’re opening the door wider — with room for 80 young women to participate in a unique mentoring experience:

In-Person Event — September 26th, 2025 | Copenhagen
A full day of 1:1 flash mentoring sessions, inspiring talks, and hands-on workshops with industry leaders and changemakers.

Online Workshops & Community Sessions
Including a pre-event preparation session and ongoing opportunities for growth, learning, and connection long after the event ends.

Who Can Apply as Mentee?

This program is for you if:

• You’re navigating the early stages of your career

• You are searching for your first job, or shaping your next steps

• You want guidance, mentoring, and confidence-building support

• You live in Denmark

• You identify as female

• You are aged 18–30

• You are available to commit to attend an in-person event on September 26th, 2025 — Copenhagen

• You’re excited to meet a community of inspiring, like-minded mentees
