Strategic Communication & Partnerships Manager

Part-time (20 hours/week) · Copenhagen · Start : January 2026

About The Soulfuls

The Soulfuls is an award-winning Danish NGO and community working at the intersection of mentoring, leadership, and culture.

Since 2018, we have built a unique ecosystem connecting young women with established leaders across industries creating documented impact in career development, networks, and belonging.

We collaborate with companies, foundations, and institutions that want to engage with the next generation of talent - not just recruit them, but understand them.

About This Role

You’re a natural strategic communicator with a business development mindset.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution.

We are looking for a Strategic Communication & Partnerships Manager to help carry and strengthen The Soulfuls as we enter our next phase of growth. It is a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative role focused on strategic communication, turning impact and insights into clear narratives, and partnership enablement.

In this role, you strengthen the narrative of what The Soulfuls stands for and how our work is understood. You translate lived experiences and structural challenges into clear, credible narratives that create belonging, resonate with decision-makers, and support real change for the next generation of women from all backgrounds.

This role does not hold end-to-end responsibility for closing partnerships or securing funding. Instead, it strengthens the foundation for these processes through strong communication, analysis, and preparation, in close collaboration with leadership and the board.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communication
You are responsible for planning and driving The Soulfuls’ overall communication.

  • Develop and maintain a clear content calendar across key channels

  • Decide what we communicate, when, where, and why

  • Ensure coherence across website, newsletters, community platform, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels

  • Elevate communication from activities to meaning, relevance, and impact

  • Communicate and engage with members on The Soulfuls’ online platform

  • Work closely with volunteers and freelancers producing content to ensure consistency and quality

2. Impact & Analytical

You ensure that The Soulfuls’ work is understandable, defensible, and fundable.

  • Work with qualitative and quantitative data from programs, community, events, and partnerships

  • Translate insights into clear narratives, one-pagers, slides, decks, and executive summaries

  • Clarify not only what the data shows, but what it means and identify where further data or documentation is needed

3. Partnerships Support

The role’s value lies in strengthening partnership and funding dialogues through clarity and preparation.

  • Develop and refine pitch decks, sponsor presentations, and materials for partners and foundations

  • Prepare communication materials for partnership and funding conversations

  • Support leadership and board with strategic sparring, messaging, and preparation ahead of key dialogues

  • Ensure consistency in how The Soulfuls articulates its value to external stakeholders

  • Help document, structure, and follow up on partnership-related communication and materials

About You

You have a strong analytical and structured approach to communication, strategy and collaboration.

You may come from a background in communication, business, strategy, social sciences or similar - including agency, consulting, NGO or corporate environments.

We are also open to students or early-career candidates who already have experience with complex tasks, responsibility and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Strong in strategic communication and written storytelling (fluent in Danish and English)

  • A clear business development mindset and an understanding of how communication supports partnerships and funding

  • Comfortable working analytically with data, impact, and insights

  • Thrive in a small, mission-driven organisation with a strong sense of purpose

  • Strong at building structure and systems and enjoy execution and follow-through

  • Experience managing communication across multiple channels and stakeholders

  • Around 3+ years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent through work and projects)

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
